✦ Project Overview: Developed a comprehensive Human Resource Management System (HRMS) & Career Portal to apply for open vacancies for BRAC University to streamline and enhance HR operations across various functions. The system integrates multiple modules to address complex HR needs, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and ease of use.

☛ Recruitment Process: Automates job postings, applicant tracking, and onboarding workflows to simplify hiring procedures.
☛ Payroll: Manages payroll calculations, deductions, and disbursements, ensuring accurate and timely salary payments.
☛ Performance Management: Facilitates performance appraisals, goal setting, and feedback processes to drive employee development.
☛ Promotion: Automates promotion workflows based on performance metrics and eligibility criteria.
☛ Leave Management: Handles leave requests, approvals, and balances, with integration into payroll for accurate leave calculations.
☛ Attendance Tracking: Monitors employee attendance with real-time data and integrates with payroll for accurate compensation.
☛ Shift & Roster Management: Schedules shifts, manages rosters, and tracks shift changes to optimize workforce planning.
☛ Overtime Management: Calculates and manages overtime hours, ensuring correct compensation and compliance.
☛ Weekend & Holiday Management: Tracks weekends and public holidays, integrating with attendance and payroll systems.
☛ Employee Transfer: Facilitates internal transfers, updating employee records and adjusting payroll and benefits accordingly.
☛ Workflow Automation: Streamlines HR processes through automated workflows for approvals, notifications, and document management.
☛ Employee Self-Service (ESS): Provides employees with access to personal information, leave requests, and payroll details through a user-friendly portal.
☛ Salary Hold, Bonus, Loan & Advance Management: Manages salary holds, bonus allocations, and employee loans/advances with automated calculations and deductions.
☛ Tax Management: Calculates and processes employee taxes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and accurate tax reporting.
☛ Separation & Final Settlement: Handles employee separations, final settlements, and exit documentation efficiently.
☛ Letters & Documentation: Generates various HR letters and documents, including offer letters, experience certificates, and more.
☛ Reports & Dashboards: Provides detailed reports and interactive dashboards for HR analytics, enabling data-driven decision-making.
